1. Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered (unless it’s our fault), or delays caused by couriers.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Photos of the item (defect or issue)

  • Reason for return or exchange

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping fee.
For other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


4. Refund or Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will receive either:

  • A replacement item (if exchange requested), or

  • A refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used, washed, or damaged products not caused by us

  • Items returned without original packaging
